Large sizes of Artificial Grass over 4m x 2.4m cannot be despatched using regular carriers as they are unable to deliver widths that exceed 2.4m.

We use a specialist freight carrier for all sizes above 4m x 2.4m.
A charge of £35.00 will be added to all orders which need to be delivered using this service.
(Only one charge is payable per order regardless of size or quantity ordered)

All 2m width orders are delivered free to any UK Mainland address.*

4m widths can be collected from our warehouse in Sheerness, Kent.

4m widths can a cut down to a 2.4m width and despatched free of charge.*

The following conditions also apply to 4m freight deliveries.

Deliveries are to the main entrance to your premises, the carriers driver will not permitted to enter your premises. (The handling of the artificial grass is heavy & the roll cannot be bent, it may be easier to leave it outside until ready to be fitted)

You must inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may be encountered. We will pass this information on to the carrier. If access is not possible for any reason the carrier will unload at the nearest possible location. (Single drivers with no handling equipment may be used, therefore they may not be able to carry your artificial grass far from the place of unloading)

It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for this delivery. The driver is only allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to off load and obtain a signature

PLEASE WRITE "UNCHECKED" INSTEAD OF SIGNING.
IF YOU PROVIDE A SIGNATURE YOU ACCEPT THE ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION.

We are unable to give a precise delivery time unless it has been agreed by telephone, the standard delivery service used is within 3 working days. As we have no control over the deliveries after they leave our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays & no compensation will be payable by ourselves.
