Due to various set-ups of computer monitors & manufacturing techniques colour differences can occur.

In certain circumstances we may only be able to despatch goods to the card holders registered address, if this is the case we will not be responsible for the transfer of the goods to the nominated delivery address once deliveried.

Our carriers will attempt to deliver your goods to the address stated a maximum of twice, after which it will be your responsibility to arrange collection from their local depot or pay a re-delivery charge.

When taking delivery of your order please make sure that the carrier has not ripped, stained, cut, bent or in any way damaged our original packing.
If you notice any such damages sign and mark "unchecked" on the carrier's paperwork.

Each order is carefully inspected for faults & defects before being despatched, any visible damage must be reported to the carrier upon delivery and to ourselves immediately.

Smaller size rugs may vary in scale and design.

All rug sizes quoted are: exact in their metric measurement / approximate in their imperial.

Timed, Nextday & Saturday deliveries are available at extra charge, such extra charges are refundable if the order fails to arrive on time (except where failure is caused by factors beyond the carriers control) no other compensation will be payable.
